Here is the opportunity to enjoy a weekend of fabulous food and wine in beautiful South West France where you can relax and savour the cooking of our UK Masterchef finalist.

​

Along with delicious home cooked meals and a variety of local wines, trips out, cooking demonstrations and time to relax, the weekend will give you the opportunity to learn something new or revitalise your interest in cooking. The focus will be on using seasonal local and regional ingredients.

​

Places are limited to a maximum of 14 people with prices starting at £380 per person and are all-inclusive, so all meals, drinks, four night’s accommodation and trips out are included.

Draft Programme: Arrive Wednesday – Depart Sunday June 2024

Programme and price include:

​

• Welcome drinks and four course dinner on arrival

• Breakfast basket every morning including homemade preserves and eggs from our own chickens

• Lunch with wine every day (Thursday – Saturday) including lunch at a local French restaurant and a food and wine pairing lunch with wines from the Bergerac region.

• Dinner with wine every evening (Wednesday – Saturday) including an eight course dinner paired with award winning wines from the Duras region (see example menu attached)

• Visiting the traditional food and gift market in the beautiful Bastide town of Eymet

• A trip to the artisan chocolate factory shop with tasting included

• Wine tasting and tour of the vineyard at an award-winning vineyard in the Duras wine region

• Cookery demonstration and food information session using seasonal, local produce

• The price includes all the above plus 4 nights’ accommodation as set out below

 

Accommodation available:

• Arch Gite (1 double bed and 1 bathroom) £440 per person based on 2 people sharing (SOLD)

• Lodge Gite (1 double, small twin and 1 bathroom) £440 per person based on 2 people sharing

• Grange Gite (2 doubles, 1 bathroom) £380 per person based on 4 people sharing

• Farm Gite (3 doubles, 1 twin, 2 bathrooms) £380 per person based on 4-6 people sharing

 

Would you like to stay for the week? Weekly rate available on request

 

All gites have a sitting and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower plus private and shared outside space. Hairdryers, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

 

During the weekend guests have full exclusive use of the gardens and grounds and the two swimming pools.

All gites are equipped with tea, coffee, sugar and milk plus a welcome basket.
